i haven't been on in a while and its not letting me on so i was thinking that its maybe the version. so what is it on right now?

Logging in with version 1.8.9 is working for me. Make sure you're not using a snapshot or mod.

If you're on a different version, it would've displayed in red text what the server version was.

it says something about host forcefully logging me out when its on 1.8.8, on 1.8.9 it says it timed out
