Hey, yeah, i took a portal to the nether at spawn, it put my on the roof of the nether, there is absolutely no way out, can someone port me out? is that possible, And i really don't want to /kill because i was in the process of moving, and had all my stuff in my inventory.

This happened to me too, and a warp IS the only way to get out of there. Off topic, even if you were moving why would you go into the Nether with those items when PvP is enabled everywhere and people camp the spawn portal?

like no one was online but Total... haha And Ohmsen ported me out

Sadly you cannot build on it, I tried to make a portal out there. You can't =/.
