I noticed the nightly updated map isnt all that it seems. What would it take to get a full map? Server downtime?

Last time Intelli posted the full map the script ran for hours. I also don't believe it is a good idea to post the full map for everyone to see either. It will make it easier for griefers and thiefs to find towns and homes that want to remain hidden, some players like their privacy. I think the easiest way to get around not having a full map is to use the coordinates.

Yes.

The point of survival is not to be protected by griefers and thieves. Its also not about having a map, but we do anyway. I think if the script does take hours, it should be done bi weekly or something like that. Its fun to see how the landscape is being shaped on the whole, instead of a small area around spawn (where hardcore minecrafters don't build)
