Trap rulings

Hey Everyone,
I have made this post in order to clarify a few things with "Traps" in minerealm or mineplot as is now refered. Now i have searched about these rulings but probably not searched good enough. Now on track there is a few things that need clarifying about traps. The reason for this post is im in the process of making a forbidden jungle temple area and would like to lay traps throughout the area. Also in defense of the mist.

Definitions:
Trap - A mechanism, machine or series of mechanisms or machines in which damage is intentionally occurred/inflicted to another player through the means of said mechanism(s).

Loot Trap - As defined under trap but for the sole purpose of looting the victims items.

Destruction Trap - As defined under trap but for the sole purpose of destroying the victims loot.

Clarification questions with traps.

1) With traps is there a minimal distance from spawn before a trap can be made?

2) Are Loot traps or Destruction traps legal?

3) Is it enough to have appropriate signage to justify a trap being laid?

4)Can a trap be made with the intent of killing another player?

5) Can a sign justify an area laden with traps?

It would be awesome if, as a community we could make joint ruling on this as well as with the permissions of overlords Intell and Rokk.

1. No, they can be made throughout the map as long as appropriate measures are taken (excluding the spawn plaza itself, which is controlled by Intelli).

2. Both are legal as long as the appropriate measures are taken.

3. Yes.

4. Yes.
