Lost realms and items.

Hi for the last couple of weeks I had been unable to get on and had been to distracted by work to try and figure out why and now I was able to finally get back online but my realms had all expired and one of them claimed along with the majority of my things.

...you still play? Huh. I thought you were one of the vets who left toward the beginning of the Other Server incident.
Anyway, your items can't be taken, and your realms can't be bought without staff approval, so it shouldn't be too much of an inconvenience.

I must have had at least 10 realms. The one that was claimed was x -3875/z4175 by FinalFouad.
