I am currently banned and I do not know how to make sure my realms disband. I have no forum account on the account? please help thanks

Just try to log in even if u get u r banned it refreshes the timer

If you want them to disband, just don't log into the server on your banned account for 30 days (via Minecraft, forums are separate).

i want to refresh them not disband them society xD

I think it's quite obvious what he means.

Bain, in order to reset the disband timer just try loggin in with your banned account(s). The login attempt will reset the timer.
