Is it possible to cure a zombie villager back to a villanger on Minerealm?

Yes.

You have to make sure /pvp mode is enabled so you can use the weakness potion. Once you hit the zombie villager with it, right click with regular golden apple. He'll eventually be cured. If he doesnt despawn.

No. Villangers cannot be cured, in MineRealm, on Singleplayer, or on any other server.

I don't know who started this rumor but it is completely false. You are able to cure them WITHOUT pvp being enabled. I've been doing it for a good while, just make sure that you are standing far enough away so the splash potion of weakness does not affect you.

I hear ya, same happened to me, wasted like 10 potions until I finally asked in chat

Well then I don't know what's going on. I've NEVER had pvp on when I cured my villagers. I keep saying this so someone does not get jumped while they are curing villagers. But if it's the only way other players can do so then so be it.
