[server suggestion] Add new answer to helpbot

lately ive seen tons of new minecrafters that just joined minerealm keep asking if theres pvp so, my suggestion is add a answer to that question.
EX: Is there pvp?
[Helpbot] Joey791, yes there is always pvp in the nether or you can type /pvp to fight with others that have /pvp on
