Stuck in overworld nether portal

Overworld Cords: x-3900 z:-3643 y:63
Hi, I entered the portal through the nether and it is blocked off in the overworld. I cannot type in commands to escape and logging on/off does not port me back into the nether. Please, unstuck me when possible. Thanks.

Portal owned by MrKeveCool. You have been /spawned, so you should be ok. I've also unstuck the portal.
To everyone else: Do not block portals like that. It will trap people, and cause staff to get annoyed when we fix it.

I'm sorry its blocked of due to loads of griefers traveling through it

Move the blockade out at least one block to give people room to step out, turn around, and go back in. When the block is directly against the portal, you are incapable of going back through the portal, or /homeing away from it.
