HelpBot/Server not activating?

Is it just me, or does it seem like the auto-kick/ban system isn't running constantly? There has been a spate of spamming instances lately - and they don't always get ganked for it.

Yeah I've noticed this, it's been annoying, I think staff have been doing manual kicks but not the server/ helpbot.

this is because they change the comments slightly, and don't post fast enough for it to be spam.

Basically the only time somebody will get autobanned for spamming is if they're using a spam bot that sends messages insanely fast. The filter is difficult to trigger. I made a suggestion to change this some time ago but it was rejected.

Or if their internet glitches and sends all the messages at once.
Or if it's me.
