How do you know who owns a house at spawn city? I saw this guy starting to tear down a house in spawn, and he claimed it was his. There wasn't a sign on the front so I don't know if he was just covering up griefing, or what.

You really can't tell. Spawn structures rarely last more than a week, we consider most of them disposable. It's quite possible someone was just cleaning up a destroyed structure, but we can't do much without screenshots.

Maybe I'm just being paranoid and it really is his house... Correct me if i'm wrong :3

Hmm. I would think he would have lit it on fire or knocked random blocks out if he were griefing. It probably was his house, maybe he just had to log off? Anyway, no one's protested it so far; I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

Im probably gonna put the truth bluntly:

The structures at the spawn are destroyed, greifed, destroyed, trolled, stolen from, destroyed, and destroyed. I personally would like most of the spanw buildings to just dissapear, because greifers just tear them down too easily.

Yeah even if it wasn't his house, the owner cannot complain their house was destroyed, they built it at spawn, nothing there lasts! The only building still intact that's lasted over a month (not counting the spawn building) is the farm, although the interior is destroyed often, the building is still intact. Main point don't build at spawn and expect to see your structure the next day, ever since the first map anything near spawn is never safe
