We are allowing visitors into our realm!
All the chest are locked except the ones in the bank.
If you somehow get past the redstone lock the stuff is yours to keep.
I dare you!

I'm sorry, but for official clarification, I can not solve that puzzle you have at the bank... it is Impossible for visitors to break in, as long as it's set to private of any type...
