So, a realm has 3 banned leaders, and never grows a block...
what happens?
a. the realm dissappears instantly.
b. the realm never goes away.
c. the realm dissappears after a week of no block placement.


if you answered a. you are new here. if you answered c. you predicted what should happen. if you answered b. you're right!


the realm 'hell' hasn't expanded by one block ever since its leaders were all banned, it is still 1205/1600 of 80x80 going on 90x90. it has been that way since they were banned

so why isn't it gone?
i am imagining duped riches being a problem there, but what possible reason could it outlive my old realm and still not get deleted, i mean, it has lasted like 2 months longer than normal.

I took a walk out to Hell this morning (a few minutes ago) in order to do some investigating. I believe that sometimes an inactive realm won't disband until a non-member approaches its borders. As this did not happen when I approached, I can only assume that one or several of their remaining members are still somewhat active (there are three others left).

If any member of the realm logs on at least once a week the realm will not be destroyed. Its not restricted to leaders logging in.

From what I can understand of the realm system as long as there is registered player activity in the realm, the realm won't be destroyed.

I'm fairly positive that all it takes is logging in.

If a single non-leader players logs on for 1/2 of a second at least once per week, the realm will not be destroyed.
