As you all know, the Diamond Exchange has been a very boring building for a while now. Its useless in all regards, because a shop simply isn't viable on MineRealm, at least a physical shop isn't useful. (this is mainly because 4 people simply can't provide the resources for an entire server without suppliers, which we weren't getting)

So, I plan to convert the building into something new. This doesn't mean I want to destroy the building, I simply want to convert it into something everyone can use. There is a lot of room down below which I could use to make a melon farm or something. Anybody got suggestions? I don't want it to remain the useless building it is now.

I think you should wait for button fees. I like the diamond exchange and I'd like it more actually being a shop. I'm thinking I can supply you with emeralds and emerald-related items if button fees are implemented.

I'd like to see the realm in my ownership :p. On a serious topic make a rollercoaster.

Top floors will probably remain a shop like thing for historical purposes.

I might make a spleef arena. Considering the poll on the Direction of Minerealm is leaning towards less vanilla, perhaps we might have automatically refreshing arenas one day. I might make a free to use pvp arena as well.
