Just a question. How many hits did it take with your sword wehich I'm guessing is sharp IV and sharp V. And it didn't break enough blocks to fly away?

How much xp do you get?

A wither is actually pretty easy to kill (I've killed several in single player). All you really need is one regeneration potion (optional, but advised in case health gets low) and normal diamond armor and sword. You can kill him in about 1-2 minutes by just wacking at him with a diamond sword
And I think you get about 3 or 5 lvls of xp?

That is so cool

Wither doesn't give much experience and is fairly easy to kill.
It doesn't try to run away, it tries to kill you the whole time.
The server difficulty is set to easy and you won't have any trouble at all killing it.

Oh... So it doesn't run away xD. Either way, I found a spot in the nether where you can spawn the whole thing under bedrock... I guess that's pointless.
