What this incredible being just said. Or it would be spawning items, either way, it's certainly illegitimate.
And before you use the over realm wipe argument, that is to amend to the new version for one, and two, the presence of cobblestone and dirt are so abundant that a little more of it would do nothing to the economy or the 'balance of blocks' as I like to call it.
Refreshing the nether every now and then would change the proportion of glowstone to other blocks immensely, and could definitely damage the economy. Either way, it would definitely be a noticeable change in block proportion.
And no, I've never touched a glowstone block or dust on Minerealm, so I am not a hoarder.

This too is a crucial reason to note wipe so regularly, as every wipe there is, the connections between the cities of Minerealm should to be reconstructed up until the point where the Subway Project is complete. The only quick means of connecting these cities that doesn't involve getting users to co-operate by letting subways through their realms, is through the Nether. Because of this, travel between cities must also be carefully considered before the decision to wipe regularly is made.
Thank you, and sorry if this is tl;dr.
