Nope, 4.3 is still under development. Ever wondered what happened to countries? Muahaha
It'll be the final element to make MineRealm worthy of its 4.0 title.

Cease thy whining, I'm sure Intelli is modifying the country system to make it more tolerable for the large number of players who disliked it the first time around.

Also, the CraftBukkit++ updates (mostly) look good. A little worried about how it'll affect crop growth rates, but other than that it looks like it'll help reduce lag.
