Is there any way to attach files to PMs?

Not that I know of, but you can attach links, such as uploading a file to dropbox, and then putting a link to the download in the PM.

Find somewhere where you can upload a file to to (pictures to photobuckit, etc.) and post a weblink shortcut to it in the PM.
