When you come on the forums, right away is a list of commands etc. for the server, but it seems like there should also be a thread like that for the forum itself. If there is, then I am idiot and apologize. This has become a weird problem for me because, once again being an idiot, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to PM other uses.

To PM other players, you need a decent amount of posts.
