Okay, after registering you should see something like this:
Select "Buy your first bitcoin" and you should come to this:
Here you can enter an amount of bitcoin and see how much they cost/. Cross check the value you entered here with intellis calculator here:

If the value give enough tokens, go on and buy

EDIT: Purchasing exactly 0.01824 Bitcoins is perfectly equivalent to 15 tokens.
