Darn minecraft forum habits!

Anyway I was wondering where the forum rules are?
I could not find the topic.

Allowed to reserve a post? What's that supposed to mean?

Make the first few post on your own topic to
A. space out some stuff
B. just in case you run out of room in the first post.

It's very common when making mods on the minecraft forums.
