I know that this is probably stated someplace on this site but i was wondering, how does ones user reputation go up or down. Is there a place to rate someone or something? Just curious so answers would be appreciated.

Activity in the server makes it go up.. bannings and inactivity makes it go down, and tehre some other factors in there... im sure you could have searched the forums for this, as there have been many MANY posts about it.. not to mention this:
