I was banned for playing on another server, sorry, won't do it again.

Shampoo_Lord, to the best of my knowledge has not broken any server rules and to this date has been one of the most dependable moderators on Minerealm to date. Shamps has put in long hours defending the un-winnable battle that has and was the Creative server on Minerealm.
Shampoo_Lord has be a positive member of minerealm, building nice looking buildings and helping new players where appropriate.
We may not always seen eye to eye on everything, but Shamp has been a good mod, one of the better ones, of that I'm sure.
Playing on a different server is not against the Minerealm server rules, as everyone has played on other servers.
I hope that the admin staff see the light of this and judge Shamp and other's in a good light.

I rarely actually sign in to comment on stuff but this is an exception.

For all the time I have known shampoo_lord he has been nothing but a positive influence on minerealm. He helps out new members and is always kind and willing to help. I completely 100% support this appeal and feel that shamp is a critical member within minerealm and that we would be deprived without him.

That's what I thought at first too. Turns out, it's only on one specific server that's forbidden.. See this topic for the explanation of why that's the case.

It's happened before. At least two other instances that I know of. One banned himself and quit MR, so that's sort of an odd situation, but the other was (IIRC) banned for duping--a more serious offense than what Shamp has apparently been banned for.


And as long as I'm posting here: +1 to unbanning Shamp, for whatever my opinion is worth. Asset to the community, great mod, all that jazz. Also: looking at the appeals thread Agent created, Shamp is one of only a few to post an appeal without being nasty about it.

This is absolutely terrible. Some of my best friends were banned for something totally unjust. I can't believe this.

I never thought I'd see something worse than the NTC bannings.

To Luelle, Zach, Otherkitty, Dutch, Shamp and anybody else banned who didn't deserve it. Best of luck and I hope I see you all again, Seeing you go would really kill me.
Anyways, what happens is Intelli's decision and I can't stop that. But in all respect Intelli, I don't agree with this at all. But who am I to say that the server owner really didn't steal the minerealm plugin and cheat Intelli out of his work? Even so, it's planes fault. Not everybody else's.

Shamp resigned? My prayers have been answered.
