Infinitive just griefed my place... I don't have screenies so i know you can't do anything. But i have screenies of him flying... so just do whatever...

This is a whole load of crap. Fly hacks? C'mon, you know damn good I don't have any fly hacks. I was probably jumping down, and else I don't know. Maybe you edited the image?

And why are you doing this? Aren't we friends? We know eachother for years now. Why would you post this sort of crap about a friend? You're a typical douchebag. No wonder king132x, lezak, areontrade and chaos don't like you and joined my realm.

And about the griefing. We both agreed that our full-out war could include tnt, griefing and all.
The only thing we wouldn't do was pointless griefing, remember? Well what I did wasn't really pointless.

Pathetic, since I didn't even fly. Infact. I'm against fly hacks, speedhacks, item hacks and any other disadvantages.

I would hesitate to ban on those alone. IIRC there is a bug that sinks you into the floor, there could also be a reverse one that causes you to appear to be floating and in all of those he is not floating any significant distance off the ground.

Plus, i thought intelli made a mod to spot flyers.

Yes, you are correct.
The server can misplace you at any angle. Seeing these pictures have him 'floating' about 1 or 2 blocks off the ground all the time, it will seem a almost definite offset.
Nobody need to be using mods for this to happen, to fix it simply re log and it should be back to normal

There's a client side bug that throws off the Y-axis of another person, making it seem like he's floating or swimming through land. This is fixed by relogging.
I'm sure all you idiots ordering a ban have noticed this bug before.
