I logged on today (May 18) at 5:45pm (GMT+10), and it said I was banned. The last time I logged on was last Sunday (13/5/12) and I had been on for a short period of time. Can someone please tell me why I was banned?

Not sure but Aelcalan banned you for griefing. I'll ask him to make a comment.

I believe that there has been a mistaken identity. The last time (and many times before) I was on, I have only been working in my realms (x-950, z4450) at Abyssus. Ael, can you please look into this, your help is appreciated. (bump)

You straight-out broke in the windows on somebody's house.

I do not have any memory of this. Can you please tell me where it was and when it happened? I dont have proof, but I suspect that it may have been my little brother on my account.

If it was your little brother on your account, you are in just as much guilt as he. Dozens have tried the 'relative did it' excuse. You should know how to protect your account, and/or teach your brother the rules. You allowing him to do this makes you just as guilty.

I am fully aware of this. I introduced him to minecraft, and this server. Yes he does not know the rules and I know that if it was done by him that I take full responsibility. However I asked him and he said he did not grief, or break into any windows, and stayed in my four realms, continuing my project. It is much appreciated if you unban me.
