Ban appeal: eagleclaw6 OR "A Letter to Intelli"

Dear intelli,
I was jumping around on the creative server, having a great time, when all of a sudden I was kicked for flying! I rejoined, and after trying a few times, I did the exact same jump, and was kicked again. At this time I notified you, so you could watch what I was doing, and fix your plugin. You tp'd to me, and watched me do it again, and before I could describe to you exactly how this was replicable, I found out--to my surprise and great horror--that I was banned! To rectify this unfortunate condition, I present to you how this is repeatable, to the best of my memory:
1. First, find a ledge (I used a block of cobble) at y: 100.
2. Set your home there, so you can get back up without towering dirt.
3. Make sure there is a shallow body of water near your jumping area. I used the coast of a natural ocean, 1 block deep.
4. Jump! Make sure to hold down forward and land in the water.
5. If this fails, try again. I can not say if this works every single time because I was prevented from having repeated trials.
Please try this yourself, intelli, and see if you can correct this minor bug in your otherwise exemplary plugin, and after doing that find it in your heart to unban me.

P.S. I just remembered that my /home was set at the top of the map (y: 128 or so), but the cobble was lower (y:100), which probably added to the illusion that I was actually flying.
