I have been waiting for months for this guy's realms to disband.
I am aware that he is perma-banned.
He hadn't attempted to connect since 2/17/12, so his realms would go up today. However, after hours of waiting, I come online to see that he attempted 16 minutes prior to this post.

I wanted these realms as they are close to NTC and would infringe on a possible pathway I may want to build.
If his realms would be auto-disbanded, I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't see why permanently banned people's realms aren't immediately disbanded. It doesn't really seem fair that even if they're banned, they can still have an indirect influence in the game.

Yep, please disband this guy's realms. I was waiting for a different realm of his to disband, just to see him attempt to log in hours before it would go up. Frustrating, seeing as he is banned.

I don't think attempting a login should reset the disband timer. 'Logan121214' has a few near-spawn realms that are currently collecting dust, I believe his realms should also be disbanded.

And that is abuse of the system. Come on hero you both are gone for good, why continue to bother..

Hero, if you do continue to keep re-setting the timer one of two things will happen, you IP will be banned from attempting to log in, therefore meaning you can't reset the timer, or 2. the realms will be force-disbanded by staff.

what if you are currently appealing said ban??? do you want to have to come back with no realms? what if you were totally innocent?

Note whose realms this is about. Hero give it up. Dragon was banned for good and you are banned with little hope of return. Stop hording land. Jeez. Thank's for clearing it up that dragon IS abusing the system, whether its him on his account or you, even after being banned. I say it could be you on his account due to this:

making sure his realms never disband is me reminding him to do it. so have fun assuming all you want when in reality, you still don't know anything.
