[REJECTED] [Ban request] Axel_Hamsen

Okay, this one's pretty simple:
He started an auction in minerealm chat for 8 stacks of slimeballs, and no set bid increments. Then, I bid 20,501, which was 1 rc higher then the previous bid. Certainly, a bit annoying, I admit. But it's perfectly legal, and he didn't me or others from doing so, until this point. Then, he ended the auction and sold the slimeballs to the 20,500 rc bidder. My bid was higher. He ignored it because he said that he didn't want 1rc higher bids, but this was AFTER the auction was done.
Now, listen. I'm not ban-hungry, but when 20,501 rc's worth of slimeballs comes knocking at my door and then the auction host sells it to a lower bid, then I think the auction host deserves to be punished. In the case where he isn't banned, I would like him to sell me the slimeballs that were rightfully mine.
I hope others can back me up, because these are the screens I have:

That clearly shows that Axel is not being fair with the auction. Also, as stated above, no set minimum increment was specified.

I have searched the forums for any rules that state the seller has to accept the highest bid, I can not find such a rule.
If someone was to start an auction and the highest bid was 10k for example there is nothing stopping the player accepting a bid of 2k if he/she chooses.
Also i feel that jack is just posting this ban request out of spite, if jack had really wanted the slimes that were being auctioned by axel then I feel that his bids would have been a bit more serious.
Also bone would you deem it to be fair, for someone to bid on your auction increments of only 1 credit.

Here's what happened. I was having trouble getting rid of my slimeballs at a reasonable price, so I set them up for bidding in an auction, starting at 4k credits for 8 stacks of slimeballs.
People started betting 4.1k, 4.2k, 4.5k, 5k, 10k and so on, and I thought it was going great =)
Then Jack started outbidding CowsRule by 1 credits, a few times, and I found it quite rude, because after all, CowsRule was actually making a fair bidding, increasing the bid with more then 1 credit each time, so I thought Jack to be unfair, rude and a bit of a jerk, so I decided that after CowsRule bid 20.5k credits, if noone else were to make a "real" offer, so to say, then I'd sell the slimeballs to him.
What started out as a peacefull auction turned into a spam-war about how I was illegally selling my slimeballs to CowsRule because Jack bid 1 credit more than CowsRule a few times. So I plead not to be banned for such a silly reason, and if Jack really wants me to, I can sell him slimeballs in the future where he can bid on them too, this time making a minimum increment, which I admit not having made this first auction of mine :/

Frankly I'd consider, when the bidding is at 20.5K, bidding 1 cr (which is a .0049% increase; that is, not even half a percent of a percent) increments as, at best: a joke; at worst: griefing.

Listen, I wanted those slimes. That's why I accounted for approximately 40% of the total bids in the auction.
That makes no sense, why would you end an auction for a lower price? I also believe that the only circumstances where you CAN do that is with banned players or people with no credits

One: I was the first bidder, so I was bidding at "fair prices" for some of the time. I find it the fault of a seller if he doesn't set bid increments, thus I started bidding only 1 higher.
Two: Even Intelli has bid by 1 increments, it's not just me here.
Three: If you can sell me 8 stacks of slimes for 20,501rc total in the next few days, I will take down this ban request. Otherwise, I beleive you broke the rules.

Minecraft wiki says: "Griefing is the act of angering people in video games through the use of destruction, construction, or social engineering."
I did none of these things, nor did I do anything illegal. I admit, it's not very productive, but it's how minerealm auctions work without a set price.

You're right it doesn't make sense but it is not in violation of any set rules here on minerealm therefor no ban imo.

I also point you to the "I'd consider" clause in my original statement.

Well, I don't count bidding as harassing.

Okay, so I have been banned... My first felony ever in minerealm, and you ban me without any actual warning. Nor does it state ANYWHERE why I was banned, or what the grounds are for my ban, other than this appeal. The screenshots does not prove anything else than me saying that I'm not accepting ludicrous bids of 1 credit.
It's really hilarious how this works. Now.. If I were to ban request Jack for griefing me, due to his harass of me in online multiplayer gaming, would you consider it? Because if so, I will gladly make that request right now.
Imo this whole issue could have been resolved without a problem, if he had just talked to me instead of going to the "authorities" right away. Its kinda like having the police over to arrest a guy for making fun of his neighboor by shaping a bush in a funny way. It's silly, wrong and immoral of Jack to make this big deal over nothing.
Now.. regarding this waste of time for an appeal. How about this:
You unban me. In return, I give Jack 1 stack of free slimeballs and an apology. And in the future I will remember to set minimum wages for a bid.
Now, can we please get over this silly ban-request. My mate and I are making a 4*4 realm project, and I'd like to get back on the server to help him out.
