Ultimatecreature is banned for stealing, griefing, and an x-ray texture pack.
I caught Ultimate when I teleported to him because he said "Flying is fun!" and got kicked earlier for flying. Turns out when I arrive, he is breaking a wall, to find a chest that is hidden. Below this is him, griefing a house, and going towards a chest.

I took some tools from a chest and broke some wood because my house was robbed and no mods did anything when I asked for help. Come on, ive been playing since creative Plz, and no mods did anything when I had multiple stacks of diamonds earned fairly were stolen from my house in creative. let me back on plz ...wow what at terrible appeal >.<

also about the flying stuff, I flew to get over a wall or 2 that I didnt want to walk around. I didnt use flying to grief. and I didnt use a transparent texture pack ever. I was totally kidding when I said that, I figured he would take a joke. Sorry Bro.

Ultimate, you complained about the server being boring. Instead of doing something constructive, say build a nice realm, you tell everyone that you are going to destroy stuff. Seniority has nothing to do with what you did, and what was stolen has no matter either. From the way you acted, I truthfully think you wanted banned.

come on, please? I seriously wont grief again. Swear to god, I wont fly either. if I get kicked for flying then just ban me again, I seriously want to play on the server and ill actually start building towards the server and putting more towards it being more constructive, please??

I am sorry, you were caught griefing, stealing, and now admitting to hacking. Chances are, you will not be getting unbanned.

Ultimate: We as mods/ admins are not required to help you when you get griefed or stolen from. It is a privelege to you as a player that we investigate to help ban the rule-breaker. As you haven't mentioned this or shown any proof whatsoever, I can't even acknowledge that this happened.

Also, creative was a LONG time ago. It doesn't matter what happened back then. Even if you lost 3 stacks of diamonds yesterday to a looter: if you had no proof, We Will Not Do Anything to Help You.

Also, "I flew to get over a wall". That is EXACTLY what we don't want you doing :o. I don't care what you're using it for: it's against the rules at all times. It is also fairly obvious that you used an X-Ray pack, that's beside the point. Also, joking about using a transparent pack isn't a very good joke to say, especially when caught by someone's house.

Also, "I won't grief again." You admitted to griefing, and flying.

Let me reiterate, mainly for everyone else reading this: We will not give you items or help you in any way if you don't have proof. Sorry, but let's be realistic here.

Well, not begging would help. If you can prove that you weren't griefing, flying, using an x-ray pack, seeking vengance because you lost items months ago on a totally different server, etc, then, yeah I don't know good luck with that.

Sorry Ultimate, you blatantly broke 3 rules. You knew those rules, yet you broke them. If the server meant so much to you, this would've never happened.
