Okay, so I've been noticing lately my stuff has been disappearing slowly for the past 5-6 days. As you can see in the pictures below, it is my room with all of my chests, thankfully I have my diamond/valuables chest hidden deep within my walls, but on to the point; I was afk and came back. Decided to put my stuff up (which I had mining gear on), and suddenly my iron pick axe disappears, so I leave it open for a couple seconds to see if it was a glitch, but I disconnected and logged back in, saw a man in iron armor rummaging through all of my chests, trying to at least because I had sand over every chest except my "mining chest." I don't know if he was using an invisible mod or whatever, but I caught him and took 2 screenshots while questioning him. Results:

Banned. I saw the items in his inventory. He may appeal here.

Reason for ban - Griefing and or stealing.

Now, I realize that I did steal an amount of items from the city of Gulagistan. However, the rules at the spawn were quite vague when they stated to "Please do not disturb other peoples stuff". Please is not a definite, and I had thought it was just a plea to not steal. You may want to change them to deter from further incidents, for instance, state it like you did in the forums, "1. Do NOT disturb other peoples stuff.".

As for griefing, a friend an I were recently kicked out of Gulagistan for reasons unknown. It is of course natural for me to harbor hard feeling towards this incident and Gulagistan. However, this ban has shown me to let these feeling go, and refrain from messing with Gulagistan and further.

This is my first offense, and I of course will refrain from any more rule breaking.

Unbanned on the condition that you return the items you stole if you have not already.

Just remember there will be no chance for appeal next time
