According to the logs you were talking bad about the staff and the server so the mod who was on banned you.

I have no idea why he types like that it's depressing me.... And this seems like a kid who can't tell that he's done bad, scolding and beating it wont help... I'd suggest a longterm ban unless he apologises properly, rather than as all the time what he did wrong and annoy other players...
