ok my realm is rawrnation i had a mine shaft.. and about a day later some one made a realm there. so now i cant acses MY MINE. and they have it set to private so im only a visotor and i have no building rights. soooo. that means even if i could get in there i couldent collect MY recorces they also blocked it off and put a lava trap plz help... srry if i posted this in the wrong spot

Hehe, I was prepared to rant about how stupid you were for posting this here, but I can't do it in good conscious after you apologized like that. If the mine shaft was in your realm, this should never have happened, but if not, and they expanded into it, I'd think that it's their's now. Really, the only option I can see is to ask the leader of the realm if he can set it to public, allowing you to access your mine. Next time though, build your mines inside your realm so this doesn't happen agin.

Yep, wrong place. Ignoring that for the moment, I'd say there are a few things that affect what the outcome here should be.

Are you in a realm? (and was this meant to be part of it/next to it?)
Who was there first?
How big is the other realm, both size and people?

If the other realm is small enough, you might be able to pay them to move, or join them yourself if you're not in a realm. If this is near your realm, then if there's a way to check founding date, you can prove right-of-way.

Given that you're the only person in your realm at the moment, my advice would be to consider joining them, if they're acceptable to you.

I think what Tokyo was asking is if you actually spoke to the realm leader, and then wondering how they responded.

This is actually a pretty big issue I had when I first heard about the "realms" idea... and this is the main reason why I do not support private or private non-visitor realms.

It seems incredibly unfair for a a person to come along and make a private realm right on top of another person's building.
Unfortunately, idk if there's much the admins can do about this... your best bet is to try to reason with the realm owners.

sorry about that dontmakemeeatyou, i founded that realm, the reason its set to private is because we had a greifer keep attacking us, (the signs are really only there as a warning to greifers, when he was attacking he kept coming in and we ran around blocking off all entrances we eventaully got our realm set to private and so that we couldn't have visitors (because of the griefer problem we had had) if you would like i will gladly provide you with a diamond pick and shovel if you want to move your realm(i would also help you build a nice mineshaft down to bedrock and help you start a drift mine), and i can suggest to everyone else that you join ours(but it would go to a vote)

and i am sorry when i first founded it had gone past your realm a small way and didn't expect it to grow that fast, but a couple of my buddies joined and they wanted to build a castle

so we arn't going go go public due to our previous greifer issue, but if you want to move ill gladly help you, or if you want to join ill bring it up for a vote with my friends
