Does Helpbot really ban people for being really high up in the air?

We have towers on all of the corners of our realms and I've been to the max hight several times. Is it really possible helpbot makes a mistake like that?

It bans people who are flying, and occasionally in the /trade glitch.

If you have a decent connection to the server, the only time you'll experience the glitch is if you type /trade, return and you're in a 2x2 tunnel or a tunnel only 2 blocks high, you'll be floating up and down. Only an idiot would stay in the glitch while notably flying.

I'm glad helpbot bans for this, people can use that glitch as an exploit to look inside the walls and find diamonds while they're mining. Personally, I think it's 100% intentional when someone's sitting in it flying up and down trying to get a view at the outside rendered chunks for diamonds iron and gold.

So in synopsis, don't do it. Just reconnect and the glitch is over, no reason to sit flying in it because you are infact hacking/exploiting. (Which ever one feels better on your ears...)

Jump off, and find out.
But it won't ban you, if you climb a ladder to the top.

Or just stop jumping off of high things for no reason (and no, "for fun," isn't a reason. You'll likely just get banned and be forced to post an appeal in which it will inevitably sound like you are lying. i.e. "I was ontop of this really high place and I just jumped off, but I didn't fly up there I just built blocks beneath me to get up there I swear!")

i lag, but i disconnect and reconnect if i have graphic troubles

as it is I live in abyssus and I'm worried about the wipe and time spent on my realms

Or don't. Let Intelli do his thing. He will get it working right every time soon enough. Its not different then the server kicking you then banning you for flying. You shouldn't have a chance to fix your wrongs because you should read the signs at spawn.

This is a hobby of mine. I will fight for my right to jump off of really high things.

I used to do that when Foxtops was outside of spawn... oh, the fun days of trying to land on the heads of unsuspecting people leaving spawn...
