I started playing on the server 2 days ago, in that time I have been logged in over 14 hours building.
I dont harass people in chat, I dont grief or steal from other players, i dont hack.

Last night I was banned, I found through another post i was banned by help bot for flying.

I was not flying, If you goto my realm I have been building the frame of a tower, I was connecting 2 pillars and was DC, upon reconnect I was notified I had been banned.
If you checked the log you would find that I actually Fell to my death working on this project DOZENS of times

I was not flying, I dont need to hack to do anything in minecraft, furthermore I dont like cheating, nor do I know how to cheat in minecraft
In conclusion, I did nothing wrong and would like to be unbanned so that I may continue to build and enjoy the wonderful community you have set up here.

After some searching its my understanding helpbot will ban for flight if the /home bug occurs, That is
I /home and instead of working, it teleports me 500 blocks below or above ground level and i have to disconnect/reconnect to fix it

It is my belief that I was banned mistakenly when I bugged using /home

It is my understanding, from another post that i was banned for flying, I was not flying.. if you goto my realm I am building a tower, and there are 4 pillars that goto the top of the map, it serves as the frame, eventually i was going to do the whole tower in glass..

i fell from there like 6 times.... why would i kill myself if i could fly?

The system doesnt notice falling as flying. I did see in another post someone reported you for trying to set them on fire.

No admin/mod posted to that thread saying he was banned and no evidence was presented, so I somewhat doubt that request thread had anything to do with his banning.

I didnt put it infront of them, they ran into a flaming block, until that point I wasent even aware flint worked

At any rate I was banned was because I was accused of flying, which i did NOT do

find the post that says helpbot banned you for flying and it will help your cause. I apologize for sounding mean I'm just trying to help
