ban request _Jumpy_

This morning _Jumpy_ was selling 5 diamonds for 300 rc. I gave him the money and waited for him to give me the diamonds. Figured he was having inventory issues so I waited patiently... until he logged out. So he got my rc but I didn't get any diamonds. I don't have screenies because chat went by it before he actually logged.

Without evidence there is no way Jumpy will get banned.

there was no possible way I could hve gotten evidence is the problem. chat went through our agreement before we even got to the trade stall thingy. they need to do something about that, not -my- fault there were no mods on.

What do you expect the staff to do? Wave their magic wands and see if anything shifty occurred? No evidence = no ban. The mods and admins don't want to waste their time on a case that probably won't go anywhere.

Any mods being on or not is irrelevant. It is your fault for not taking basic precautions, like the use of screen shots. Let this be a lesson for any future trades and remember to screen shot everything.

Mods being on is very relevant, as they would have been it themselves. And mods could log chat as easily as they can log block movements.

Incorrect. The only one with access to the chat log is Intelli. Even if they had been on and seen chat it still would not matter as you would have no way to prove that he did not in fact give you the diamonds.
Basically, you have no one to blame but yourself. Since you have no proof, this ban request is unlikely to go anywhere.
