I was about to go on the sever today when it said i was banned.
i fail to understand why as i follow all the rules on the server
I never greif
I never annoy people
I never steal
I never swear
I never use caps or spam

ok ok. I have the X-ray mod. But i swear i have never used it. i just simply have it for my single player.
I have a realm on the server that took me AGES to get and i have been spending ALOT of time getting it to how i wanted it. I love the Minerealm survival server and all the people on it are great. I know i have been scammed and stuff and i think it is unfair that i was banned without warning while the people who have scammed me and stole from me are still haveing fun on the server. I woul like to know why I was banned and if I have done somthing rong I shall work on it. I truly like this server and think it is the best i have ever been on.

Having an Xray Texture Pack (or ANY client mod at all), results in the ban that you currently are partaking in.

Well then, it seems you fail to understand what single player is. MineRealm is not single player.

ummm i fail to understand why im banned. I love the minerealm server and community.

I was reeading other peoples bann appeals and they are like i used flue i know i shouldent have im sorry.
and then we get people saying aw its ok u r cool u should be unbanned. I never even used the mod i simply have it for my single player and thats all i swear. I never EVER once used it on the server but then we get people flying and they get warnings and then back on the server when i got no warnings and im not alloud on cos im banned. PLEAS PLEAS PLEAS unbann me. I was gonna donate if u didnt ban me and i will reconsider if u unbann me. I love the server and i played alot to get my realm (wich i finaly got ) and then get ores (wich i mined and mined to get i never cheated) to make my home.

For starters, it's flew, not flue.
Secondly, you had been using other peoples ban appeals to try and support your own, this is not the proper way to go about things and it will not gain you any support amongst the community.
Thirdly, you wouldn't have been banned unless you actually used it. It is impossible to detect otherwise.

A sincere appeal is best, not a concoction of meaningless lies. The data doesn't lie, and neither should you.

Regardless of what you were banned for, it doesn't matter how others were treated. When you make a ban appeal, it
Is like a lone wolf. Don't try to leech off of others' appeals.
Everyone is different, and ban appeals are judged on a case by case basis. You will be banned or unbanned based on your own actions.

On a side note, I'm not quite sure if you're foreign and can't speak English well, or merely don't care enough, but incorrect spelling is a major hinderance to a ban appeal. Going for sympathy by acting like an innocent newbie isn't going to cut it.
