The world we live in today....I would say it's hard for a young child. Well in this case honestly speaking, I think it would be your responsibility to watch what you play in front of your ten years old cousin. I'm not making an allowance for any language, but you should play Minerealm with the knowledge that anybody at anytime can come online and say anything they want to which gets broadcasted to all players regardless whether the broadcaster gets banned or not.

I agree it is supposed to be, but you can't control everyone.
