EDITED AGAIN: i am sorry for the way i presented my message for the appeal towards the moderator savesthedazed but i cannot apologize for cheating that did not take place.

You guys really need to change your mods i mean honestly savesthedazed is the biggest wanker i have ever come across..

i was jumping around the MOD and he accused me of flying then i jumped right next to him to make a point that i'm not then BOOM banned.. that's purely unnacceptable from any moderator in the world

could you please unban me and atleast sort out savesthedazed's vision.

EDIT: obviously i was annoyed when making this post and should of not approached it in the way i did but i will not be putting my hands up for something i didn't do

all the people/players who are saying what i did was immature first look at what your posting.. then consider my position.

If i make a mistake i will put my hands up and Apologize but i have been going through ban appeal posts reading peoples apologies while i'm thinking to myself
"hang on a minute i'm the only 1 here who didn't actually do anything wrong and i'm ment to apologize for something i didn't do and not be annoyed?"

MOD savesthedazed may be a trusted Moderator but even trusted people make mistakes, i'm just appalled that i now have to wait on a admins decision because of it.

Any other person/player can tell me they would of acted differently but when your facing someone who's typed stop flying and then afew seconds later bans you it does get the best of your patience when you done nothing wrong.

You have of mine 1 Diamond Sword, 1 Diamond Torso & 1 Diamond Legs, all were in green.
You refused to give back.
This happened roughly over a week ago or more, I spoke to savesthedazed about it at the time.
But still....

[Also calling a mod a -not shown for good reason- isn't only stupid and immature but also pain rude; - sort it out]

no it is pure rude to be accused of hacking and then banned (not to mention never touched hacks on minecraft..), do not lecture me with immaturity.

I posted the truth, you have my stuff, I asked for it back, you said no there for you have my stuff... like I said.
How you obtained it was, through someone who was about to give my items back to me, but you killed them whilst in the trade room.

the player killed me first therefore what i did was within reason if you lost or gave your stuff to another player i didn't make you that's your problem Roobean, now please post something productive since there's no progress being made.

Jumping around means that you land on the ground, which you only did after being in the air for an extended period of time. And don't even bother trying to say it was lag, because it was not.

Nice choice of words. It might get you unbanned, but that is very unlikely.

Nice choice of words. It might get you unbanned, but that is very unlikely.

I think this person has about 0% chance, as no admin or other moderator would want a player who insults an ideal staff members name like this to be unbanned.

don't even try saying that your a failure as a mod get a admin to look at this case please since this guy is dodgey... banning me for no reason that's insulting to have such a mod.
