I understand that I broke the rules on flying however it was not for any reason less than my own property's protection.
I was apparently griefed in my flying house (of course that wasn't banned) so I was trying to make it more difficult to grief .
I didn't lose anything aside from a trap door and 3 full grown trees but it may not be the same way next time.
I was trying to fly in order to build small protection below my home, which is very difficult, and time and resource consuming otherwise.
I would also like to mention that I was never warned by an admin or moderator that I was doing something wrong although I doubt that helps my case much.
In shorter words I am very sorry and will take the very long process of doing this without flying next time.

You were auto-kicked a couple of times before I TPed to you and watched you fly right in front of me. Flying is against the rules. No exceptions.

If you saw me then you'd know that I was telling the truth.
I was griefed and i'm the one paying for it now. How does that work?

What part of "No exceptions" did you not understand? Your reasons for flying do not matter whatsoever. Flying is against the rules.

If you were worried about griefing, you should have asked a mod to come and look at the damage to determine who did it. Then they could have taken the proper steps to resolve the issue.
