Well, looks like i was banned in the last purge, and theres no point in lying for something that I've had on my conscious for a while now, i'd much rather start fresh, once again.

A few weeks after i started, i downloaded xray, i'd say i mined maybe 30 diamonds, then stopped using it for abit, at the time, i knew nothing of the weekly purges, as i was still new to minecraft/minerealm. Once i was more active, i heard of the purges, and pretty much stopped using it for a while, and played legit, till i did research and found out it could only detect diamonds.

Once I found that out, I pretty much started only xraying iron, gold, and lapiz, only, while picking up some diamonds on my way, but never exceeding 15 diamonds/5 minutes, to be safe. In total, i'd say I've profited maybe 15 stacks of gold, another 15 stacks of iron, 5 stacks of lapiz blocks, and 3 stacks of diamonds, tops. I know, for what im worth, it's not much, but nonetheless, xraying is xraying. In total, I'd expect the amount of profit from the xrayed items would be no more then 30-40k.

I'm very well ashamed for what I've done, up to the point where I was debating wether or not to appeal, and if i could go back in time to fix my mistakes, I would, but thats not the case, sadly. Thus is why, i'm asking for a second, and final chance.

I'm willing to pay a fine of any amount, of ban time, credits, and items, for a shot to once again return to Minerealm, as it is the only Minecraft server I've actively played, not only this but its also the only game I've actively played for the last few weeks.

I hope one day my actions can be forgiven, so i can once again provide the citizens of Minerealm with cheap goods.

I also have been banned and I think there has been a misunderstanding. I haven't used a x-ray mod or mined anything in mass. I find a couple gold here and there every few days but I haven't found more than 5 or 6 at a time.

Oh man, I think I just figured out why I was banned....Recently when Lm was making the statue in his spawn realm, he fell in lava. He was carrying several stacks of Iron/gold blocks for the subway. I felt bad for him and so I dug up my gold block floor (crazy I know) and gave it to him.

I dont mean to highjack tehbomb420's thread, but that would certainly explain it, at least in my case.

I think the script needs a review and we need an apology lol.

To prevent these sorts of false positives the script could filter only on the gold depth band (32ish and below) - that should stop issues with people that use gold for roads, houses etc.

This would work. Of course, people COULD make a room full of gold ore at bedrock, but that seems... improbable.

'Nother 4th page&2 weeks since ban bump.

Will be moving in 1 week, at that point i'll be without internet for about a month, pretty big chance that over 300k RC worth in spawn realms/items/structures, will be going public.

Will hopefully be able to get one of my RLs to log into my account every once in a while, till i get back.

Lets hack ur account so they cant log in and those realms will go public since you said you would pay any fine ... And u wanted a FRESH start
