i would love to be starting to play on minerealm, and i would be gracious if you could leave the ban. i had a new flying mod, and i was just testing it out on classic. i didn't know how fast it could go, so i tried it, and got kicked, then when i logged on again, intelli saw me, still floating in the air. please, for the benefit of me and minerealm, could you please un-ban me.

You're appealing your banishment... not your non-existent un-banishment. Please explain how you would be of any benefit to minerealm.

well, i love building things, i am creative and i will help with anything that is necessary for me, i will help build public things, and i will face any punishment necessary.

I'm really sure flying is allowed, even encouraged on Creative... @.@

Incorrect. Using the default flying is allowed on creative. Using a flying mod is still bannable. There is a difference.

Oh, Okay.

I remember this incident. He was warned once, then kicked. Without turning off the fly mod he logged back in. Intelli banned him because he had not turned it off. I know that he planned to turn off the fly mod, and i also know that he has since un-installed all such mods.

I trust that he has learnt his lesson, it is after all, a relatively minor case. He did not grief (as far as i know) any blocks, and seems to have not much reason to stay banned. All considered he has been banned for several months.

again i apologize and i should of tested it in single player.
