I was on your survival server today, and i was banned while i was offline.
i wasnt hacking, i wasnt doing anything really. i was helping someone build something on one of my realms.
i do admit, i do have a fly mod, but i DO NOT use it on survival servers.

this is an amazing server, and its one of the best i have ever been on.
there are very few servers that are actually this good!

when I'm on your survival server, i enforce your language rules, and i agree with every rule you have.
i logged off of your server, and went to get some food around 6:30 time, and i was banned when i tried to reconnect at 12:30. within those 6 hours, i was banned, no one told me i was going to be banned, no one told me i was getting banned nothing.. i was offline for 6 hours and then i got banned.

at 10 PM or so EST, a script was ran which bans anyone who got a certain amount of diamonds(20?), in 5 minutes.

Chances are you were banned for xraying.

the only diamonds i actually have are ones that i have because i sold someone iron. he sold me 45 diamonds for 3 stacks of iron or something. im not gunna lie, i did have an xray mod in the past, but it was displayed on the console that i did have an xray hack, so i dont use them anymore.

there was one time where i was going threw a big cave with alot of diamonds and all that was lighting up the cave was lava though. but i already told Lm108 that.

diamonds spawn close to lava, so i dug around there and found alot of diamonds.
now i did log in on my friends computer before, and i might never have logged out,
he might have an xray and been using my account to get diamonds for himself on various servers.

other then that, i dont know how i got banned for xraying. like i said, all i have is a fly mod, and i recently got a minimap, but thats it.

Maybe you were final caught for the xray. So you are better off not to try to say that you got rid of it. That's saying that you ARE an xrayer. Therefore, you can be banned just for that.

actually, i did get rid of it, as i said in my last post, it was shown up in the console that i have an xray hack, but if they check every time i sign in now, it wouldnt. i only have a fly mod for when im in creative, and a recent minimap mod.

that is all my mods for multiplayer i have... i also have clay soilders, world edit, SPC, and wireless redstone, but they cant be used online, Also i have optifine, but thats just to speed up minecraft itself.
plus if you use an xray mod, then the game gets boring i find because when your not using xray, its like "OMG DIAMONDS!" but when you have xray its like "oh yeah more diamonds...."

but in my opinion, i should be unbanned, because i try to help people on the server as much as i can, i gave everyone thats renting one of my realms an iron block to get started with a mine somewhere or whatever they want to do with the iron. plus i have made about 4 friends just from the minerealm server!

i was actually thinking of applying for a mod position when 1.8 comes out. and the only rules i broke was:
- griefing (when i first joined i was just gunna greif it then move on, then when i realized how good this server is i stopped)
- flying (i flew up to see something close to my realm, intelli tp-ed to me for that one. and i explained to him that i was checking out that thing just off of my realm.)

So you were flying in creative not using the servers fly. Like they say that you will be BANNED for using fly mod, unless you use the creative servers fly mod. Also it says at spawn, no flying. So you brought this upon yourself.

no, i have never been on the minerealm creative server!
i mean for like other creative servers and even some smp servers that allow flying mods.
thats why i haave the flying mod,
plus if im on an anarchy server, some people may be using fly mods to kill people, and i can try to stop them with my mods. i was stuck having 2 people constantly killing me and friends with their fly mod before i even knew about mods.

plus i can fly on my server so i get to floating islands people made to roll back greifing.
the only time i used fly mods on a minerealm server, was on smp when i was wondering what was on a floating dirt object. i already stated that in my earlier post.

Sorry, was thinking of another appeal. But the sign are right at the spawn. READ THEM. Then you won't be banned. Seems like most people do, therefore, they aren't banned, nor have they been

i never give up, they havent wrote [banned] or whatever, so im still trying to negotiate with them.
like i said, i did use to xray, and i do fly when its allowed.

they are a really awesome server, its the second best i have ever found.

what if i give up 20 diamonds in which i was banned for?
even though i didnt xray for them, ill still give them up.
the reason that 2 people told me why i was banned was getting 20 diamonds. so what if i give up 20 diamonds to make up for it?

i really love the minerealm server, and really want to be unbanned.
