Just because you failed to get unbanned for flying and x-raying, doesn't mean others will not get unbanned.
Also, to be on topic with the ban appeal, just because you recently installed the mod doesn't matter, even a little, you could have it for years or you could have it for a few minutes, doesn't matter, what does matter is that you used a mod when it clearly states at the spawn that mods, greafing and such are not allowed... plus, if you love the server, you should try to learn the rules. thus, saying "i didn't read the signs at spawn" won't help you either. chances are you are not going to get unbanned, expecially if you don't fix up your ban appeal, try looking at other ban apeals that have already been finished to see who to avoid, who to listen to, and who to beg on your knees to.
