Okay well i was banned for calling someone names and i did not say any of it it was a stupid brother and i really hate him for getting me banned and he said all those thing because kress91 killed him on my username and took a ton of stuff i had worked a long time 4 so i did not desserve to get the ban because of my stupid brother.

They have said this before. You can not blame your brother. It was your mistake for letting him on. They do not take excuses of "OMG My brother did it and im mad at him."

I am sounding like a Hypocrite. But rules will be rules.

The account is responsible as well as the person. If you lose control of your account, you still get blame for anything it might do no matter who is controlling it.

Don't leave you account logged on first off. Second as monkeytoad and cerevox said, it's the account and the users fault.

now what else all i said was to him and i quote "y r u being an ass?" after he called me a *****************. so he said worse things and whatever he sais he lied.

Please refrain from using that language on the boards. Saying that he swore at you would have sufficed.

Why is there no justice?

If a friend of yours took your car, had drugs on him, and he gets pulled over? Guess what? It gets impounded because of him. Basically don't allow other people to use your stuff because its your responsibility.

Pretty much same situation here. Younger sibling gets on HIS account which is HIS responsiblity, and the younger sibling does something to get His Account banned. It was HIS responsibility to make sure that the younger one wasnt that much of a derp to get him banned, not the Mods/admins who banned him.

Next time, dont let your Brother use your account or just buy him his own. Plain and simple.

Lesson learned? Hopefully.

Ironically, if you get stopped, and there's drugs in the car. It's your fault no matter who's they were and who owns him.
