he repeatedly interrupted players at trading rooms and would not leave when I asked.

Not trying to sound mean, but that picture doesn't really show anything. And it's cropped, so there isn't even the chat window to maybe back up your story. The mods/admins likely won't do anything based solely off of this one screenshot.

I won't do anything about this guy yet, but I've noticed him being somewhat annoying. He tends to follow people around a lot at spawn. I'll keep an eye out for sure.

there was nothing on the chat anymore and anyone can randomly say something. I was hoping some of the other players would have noticed his behavior.

Just get a couple of screens of you telling him to get out cause you're trading with someone.
