I was banned, and I am not sure why I would like to continue to play on the server.

You were banned for griefing AND stealing. Any thoughts on this?

The area looked completely deserted, it had been looted before me, and after me, there were no signs outside, it was a mistake, I thought if it didn't have a sign in the area, it would be considered unclaimed, other servers I have played on are like that. I apologize.

Does it really result in a permanent ban?
Seems somewhat unfair to me, seeing as the place really did look prominently deserted.
