I recently got banned from MineRealm from false accusation of "flying". Sometimes I get lag when I connect to servers, and you might too, so please un-ban me, because I did nothing wrong.

Telling the full story helps your case, because just saying I was banned for flying and didn't do so is just not the way to be unbanned. If you did not fly show some sort of story of your case.

You were banned for speed hacking, not flying and you were banned by Intelli himself. Starting off your appeal by accusing the owner of the server of lying is probably not the smartest move.

Well, I wasn't using any mods/hacks because of 1 main reason: I don't know how to install them.

So your saying if you knew how you would install and use them.

Whether he was flying or not, this question is irrelevant.

Well, Minecraft 1.8 is out now and there are not any new mods out I don't think. Also, while I was looking at some posts, I found that people were talking about this "second chance" thing. So I looked it up and found that when you get banned, you are most likely going to get a second chance. So am I one of the people that get banned for nothing, no one listens to them, then gets perma-banned for nothing, and does not get a second chance? I don't like mods anyway. They mess with your singleplayer minecraft, by making it easier to find stuff, easier to get places, easier to get stuff, etc. I much prefer vanilla minecraft. Spawning items, flying, hacking, etc ruins the point of the game.

Well, if you read the to part of this ban appeal, you would have noticed that i got falsely accused for hacking, because a nearby player was speedhacking and walked through me, so it might have looked like I was hacking.

All in all, saying that you were falsely banned is a terrible idea. You're lucky they don't ignore you for acting like they don't know what they're doing. You wouldn't be triggered for a ban if someone ran through you, in fact you would only be banned on the grounds that they are 100% sure you deserve it.

If you want any chance of being unbanned at all, I'd suggest you clean up your act, re-state your current appeal by updating it using the "EDIT," button. And state why you are sorry for speed hacking, and what is different now for which reason you won't do it again if unbanned. If you reply to this with "But that's the thing, I wasn't hacking," or anything in that genre you probably don't have any luck. Honesty is the first step towards getting unbanned.
