Banned for illegal pvp (Lavaing Thugrats) near spawn without warning.

As you can see from these 3 screenshots, connor was lavaing thugrats.

This is Illegal PvP and not allowed in any circumstances.

During the time when this happened, Two players were pushing me while i was trying to work, So i told them i was going to lava them, they said okay, and kepy asking me to do it. So I did. Thugrats must have been caught in the missfire or must have fallen in the hole. The hole is indeed not a hole i just to lava them in, Plane and i were trading and there were to many people pushing us around to trade, so i dug underground. We traded. When i dug back up, everyone fell in, I spawned, walked back over to IBOL and poured lava in the hole, Per Request. I realize Thugrats did not request to be laved, But i wasn't paying much attention other than just wanting the people who had been pushing me around for the past 30 Minuets to go away.

Connor, it doesnt matter if they asked you to or not... Your realm is much closer than novas, and yet, Nova owners are not allowed to lava people in their Main realms. You violated the rules set forth by Overlord Intelli about lava in spawn and nearby realms and you have been banned. Doesn't matter if they consented to it or told you to. Hmm I wonder if this means if i told you to go jump off the empire state building... you would do it?

Consenting to assisted-suicide and consenting to killing two players in game are in no way the same.

Consenting to assisted-suicide and consenting to killing two players in game are in no way the same.

It's much different when someone say's Lava Me, to jumping off the empire state building....
