Kevin208 was flying, in this pic you can see him above the spawn building.
You can also see that he left then joined again, most likely being auto-kicked for flying.

He is actually not close to the wall, each block is 1 meter high and each player is 1.6 meters tall. If you look in the pic, due to the proportions, he is far off from the double-stone slabs.

Yes it looks like he is in the middle of the building.

maybe it was a roof. why don't you take a Ariel view of where he was at?

Just FYI, it would clearly state if he was auto-kicked for flying.

Not really, i have seen people get kicked for flying, and they admit it, but it says nothing in the chat. unless you mean that the server logged it?

the fly hack autokick is not very effective at all actually, many people have been accused of flying or speeding and found guilty by a mod, its silly to think that these things simply cant happen.

but in this case he just looks like hes jumping off a roof, you shoulda took more screens, this looks like hes innocent.

EDIT!

ok i looked at the scale again, but used the fact that a players body is over 1 block wide, he is not where i thought he was, now i see it looks like hes definitely flying.
