Man, I never thought I would have to start a thread on the bans section -.-

I am posting an appeal on behalf of Agent00228 since he was IP banned from the forums because he decided it would be cool to incessantly curse on the forums. Also, TravussDaG, me and Agent's friend who was working off of the same IP as Agent, decided to make a nuisance of himself, posting slanderous threads containing cursing and harassment. I assume TravussDaG was banned like Agent00228 was, but he didn't get on a lot anyway, and didn't seem to care for Minerealm, and that is why I'm not posting an appeal for him.

I'm not posting an appeal for Agents forum ban, however, I'm posting an appeal for his server ban. I believe he did deserve his forum ban, but to my knowledge, the only bad thing he ever did in-game was feud with Frogglenn over plots bought near our realm of Carthage E. Agent was quiet in the chat and never broke any of the in-game rules, staying within the walls of Carthage and almost never straying out to break the rules.

Please consider this appeal because Agent is needed in our realm. He was one of the most active leaders and he owns most of the realms. After he was banned, almost everyone in the realm quit, only leaving me and Ez_Death. I'll be sure to try and keep his in-game behavior in check to keep another ban from happening if you appeal him.

If you deny the appeal, I completely understand. His behavior warranted it as that is not the kind of character that is wanted in Minerealm.

As is usual, ban appeals only work if the person themselves appeal. Appealing on someone else's behalf is pointless.

If he managed to get banned from both server AND forums, then most likley his appeal would be impossible even assuming he could post it. Getting banned from the server is not hard, getting banned from the forums is. Getting a perma-ban on the forums really takes some effort because there are few things that are bannable on the forums. If you get banned from the forums, it is not a matter of ignorance or confusion, its a matter of effort. He would of had to really try to pull a perma-ban on the forums.

I agree with cerevox. Sorry for your friend, because his minerealm career just ended.

Also there isn't much you can do for agent, because if the appeal is not written by him or he didnt help write it. Then it means he is NOT really sorry for breaking the rules and doesn't see anything wrong with what he did.

Yo, this is agent00228. I was curious to know why I was banned. I didn't do anything. I haven't even been on in a while. I would like to know what I was banned for at the least. I know that all players ever using the x-ray mod got banned. But I don't even know how to make an x-ray mod thingy. I have never used mods. I have not broken any rules. If this is over heated discussions with frogglenn, then I'm guessing he made something up and got me banned. Him being a trusted player and all. I don't know how all that works, but that is the only conclusion I can make. If I did anything against the rules, please let me know what it was and I won't do it again if granted a second chance. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this. -Andy

It seems that you were banned the road being blocked. However, it appears to be a temp ban, rather than a perma-ban. You will have to ask panthers for any details beyond that.

However, since its a temp ban, I would imagine that you can just wait it out, which is probably the wiser option.

Thank you for the information, Cerevox. I thought he had unblocked the road, but apparently not. We'll just wait until August 7th.
